Debbie’s Tips #133

✨Your current fitness goal might not get you what you actually want. Here’s why👇
Often, people will choose fitness goals that seem tangible like a clothing size or a number on the scale.
Either the jeans fit…or they don’t.
However, those goals don’t always correlate with what you are actually wanting.
Maybe the jeans fit, but you feel like garbage, have zero energy, are stressed about food, and your body composition still isn’t where you had imagined it would be. That’s no fun. What to do instead?👇
There are some simple questions that you can ask yourself regularly to help reframe your goals and what you will experience when you reach them.
💡Think about these things and envision them regularly:1️⃣What does my goal LOOK like?✔️How do I physically look when I see yourself?
2️⃣What does my goal FEEL like?✔️How does my body move? ✔️How is my energy? ✔️How am I performing? ✔️How is my overall health?
3️⃣How does my goal impact how I view myself?✔️Am I more confident? ✔️Am I more productive? ✔️How am I better because of it?
These questions may not feel as tangible and measurable as one number, but when you ask them to yourself regularly throughout your journey, it becomes much easier to see, feel, and know when you are making real progress that will be satisfying.
💛You are more than a number. You work hard and deserve to fully experience the rewards of it.
