We all go through hard things every now and then, so I thought maybe it could be helpful for you too… ✨I want to give you some encouragement. You have been through a lot and have overcome so much. It can feel so hard when negative thoughts bombard our heads, but you are not doomed. You ARE making progress. Strict and rigid food rules and disordered eating habits will NOT be the answer. They will only lead to further challenges. Stick with this program. Keep putting in the work. Make adjustments according to your doctor’s suggestions. Think of this as a life journey rather than a few weeks. It can help take off some of the pressure of timelines and wanting results quickly. Let’s also flip the script in your mind to positive truths.You are more than your weight.You are more than your measurements.You are more than your dress size.You are more than your body fat percentage.You are more than the calories you eat (or don’t eat).You are great because of who you are and not how your body looks in this moment or how it looks when you reach your perceived goal. Keep your head up. You are WORTH it. ✨
