This is me politely asking (ok, begging) you:⁣⁣

✔️Please don’t think you’ve failed because of one missed workout.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

It’s all about consistency over time. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

✔️Please don’t beat yourself up for one not-so-nutritious meal. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

If possible, just make your next meal a little bit more nutritious. No big deal. 

⁣⁣

✔️Please don’t believe that you have to be perfect to be worthy or valuable.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Perfection does not exist. You are great because of who you are…not because of what the scale says or what you eat.⁣⁣
