✨Dear Negative Thoughts,⁣⁣Talk less. ⁣⁣Perhaps you want to practice more positive self talk. ⁣⁣We can’t always control the thoughts that pop into our heads, but we can control the way we react to them.⁣⁣ Certainly, a simple smile won’t fix all problems, but the point is, just because a negative thought pops into your head, doesn’t make it true. ⁣⁣We all battle negative thoughts from time to time, but the more you practice calling out their bluffs, the easier it is to combat them.⁣⁣ Negative thoughts don’t have to be your truth. Prove them wrong👊⁣
