You HAVE a body, but that’s not all that you are.⁣⁣

⁣⁣👉Do you ever feel consumed by always thinking negative things about your body?⁣⁣

⁣⁣When negative thoughts creep in about your body, your confidence, skills, self worth… It can feel consuming and overwhelming.⁣⁣

⁣⁣Your body is a part of you, but it does not need to be your identity.⁣

⁣⁣Your body does a lot for you and it is important to be able to listen and adjust your habits to be healthy. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣You can also make gentle adjustments to reach certain goals – there’s nothing inherently wrong with that.⁣⁣

⁣⁣However, solely focusing on how your body looks can control your well being and that’s a state of mind you don’t have to live in anymore.⁣⁣

⁣⁣You don’t need to look like anyone else because you are not them – you are you.⁣⁣

⁣💛You are so much more than just your body, but your body is enough – just as is. ⁣⁣
