✔️Don’t feel pressure to move onto the “next step” if you don’t want to or don’t feel ready (relationship, marriage, house, job, kids, etc.).⁣

✔️Today is a new day + fresh start.⁣

✔️Progress. Not perfection.⁣

✔️You’ve got 99 problems and yoga pants will solve 100.⁣

💛Keep your head up. You’re awesome. You’ve got this.👊⁣
