Pizza Night is my favourite. Anyone else? 

I’m not a fan of cutting out foods specifically for ever and ever for the purpose of a fitness or Weightloss goal. 

A more realistic approach is to fuel your body with lots of nutritious foods often…AND figure out ways to be flexible with your nutrition to enjoy life. 

Consistency over time ( instead of strict rules and rigidity) keeps you healthy in both body and mind. 

…life without pizza 🍕 is just not as fun!
