In relation to hunger, sometimes, when people “don’t feel hungry,” they typically only think of hunger as a rumbling/growling stomach.
Sometimes, hunger can express itself in other ways too. Headaches, foggy brain, sleepiness, lethargy, are all other types of signals your body could be giving you to eat more.
Spend time becoming more attune to ways your body communicates with you.
This can be with hunger, but also things like need for quality sleep or relaxation, or even emotional needs like human connection, quality time, or even a hug. Everyone needs a hug sometimes. ☺️
Anyway, your body is sophisticated and becoming more aware in your mind-body connection can help you feel better in many ways. 💛
