✔️That’s what others are eating⁣

✔️Someone else told you to eat it⁣

✔️It’s “clean”⁣

✔️It’s comforting⁣

✔️You enjoy it⁣

✔️The list goes on!⁣

💛When you take a step back to think about WHY you choose the foods you eat, it can help you become more mindful about your choices.⁣
