If it happens too fast, it’s probably (…most likely…most certainly…) not sustainable. ✔️You didn’t “screw up” by enjoying some treats.One meal won’t completely make or break your results. The mindset of moral failure for eating certain foods contributes to the (seemingly) never ending cycle of dieting. It’s all about consistency over time.✔️You did NOT gain 2,5kgs of fat overnight.That’s not how it works. Weight fluctuates daily for MANY reasons. Weight on the scale isn’t a direct correlation to fat gain. Honestly, it could be as simple as having drank some extra water (yay for being hydrated!).✔️That person you’re comparing yourself to doesn’t have it all together either.We all have days that are tough.
