Rest when you need it.⁣⁣⁣⁣✔️Nutrition and fitness shouldn’t be all or nothing. ⁣All or nothing mindset creates unsustainable, yo-yo results.⁣⁣⁣✔️Health is SO much more than just how you look. ⁣⁣⁣⁣✔️Habits create results. Build the habits and the results will follow.⁣⁣⁣⁣Work hard. Rest well. Enjoy the weekend!👊⁣⁣

The past is the past. Leave it where it belong, learn the lesson and move forward
