✨I wish I looked like them…⁣⁣Have you ever thought this before? ⁣Here’s the thing… We all have hard days. The difference is not allowing that to spiral into comparison traps and self loathing. ⁣⁣Respecting and loving your body doesn’t mean you can’t work to make changes if you want to. ⁣⁣It’s your body and as long as you are happy and healthy… How you want to look is your choice. ⁣⁣That being said, you can want to make changes AND still respect your body.⁣⁣Respecting your body is internalizing that your body does a whole lot for you, understanding the general cards you’ve been dealt, and setting realistic expectations for your goals.⁣⁣My goals are around what is actually realistic for my body. ⁣⁣For you, that could be adjusting expectations for whatever natural assets you’ve been given. From there, own it!⁣⁣💡Remember… There’s more than one way to be beautiful, smart, strong, and successful. ⁣⁣You can make changes, but you don’t have to change a thing about yourself to be beautiful, respected, or worthy.⁣⁣There is not one best way to look, live, and thrive.⁣⁣💛Perfection does not exist. We can ALL be awesome and also be completely different at the same time.⁣
