✨You are who you say you are…⁣⁣So, say it with me – you are AMAZING.⁣⁣What you THINK and SAY about yourself impacts what you believe about yourself.⁣⁣When was the last time you said something positive about yourself or your body?⁣⁣It’s easy to nitpick, self deprecate, and be rude to yourself, but what if we were…kind? ⁣⁣The more you say MEAN things to yourself, the more you reprogram your brain to believe it.⁣⁣In the same exact way, the more you AFFIRM your positive qualities, the more you will reprogram your brain to believe it.⁣⁣⚡️Which sounds better to you? ⁣⁣💛Our thoughts, our words, and our dreams have real impact on our lives. You are more than a body, but your body is enough just as is. ⁣So when in doubt, be kind.⁣
