I was planning to get in a workout today, but it didn’t happen.⁣⁣Instead, I went out for breakfast with my ranjit! 
⁣I didn’t “fail.” ⁣I didn’t “fall off the wagon.”⁣I don’t feel guilty. ⁣I don’t feel stressed.⁣⁣If you missed your workout today (or a few in a row), instead of beating yourself up, here’s a new perspective:⁣⁣✨Tomorrow, I’ll be well rested to get in a great workout.⁣⁣Remember: show up and do the workout consistently, but one day doesn’t make or break your results✌️⁣
