Start with about a palm size of protein. ⁣⁣Let me say that again… That’s a starting point. ⁣⁣It’s a simple way to eyeball it so you don’t have to count and weigh everything. ⁣⁣It’s also a great way to be mindful that protein is important, but then honor your hunger and respect your fullness.⁣⁣So, how does that work? ⁣⁣If you’re still hungry, go back and get some more!
