Debbie’s Tips #197

✨For when you feel like you’ve fallen off track…👇⁣⁣We’ve all been there, so you’re not alone. ⁣⁣You’re not failing. You’re human.⁣⁣ No one feels an urge of motivation to workout every single day.⁣⁣The good news is, when you choose a lifestyle of prioritizing health, you don’t have to view it as being on track or off track.⁣⁣You can view it as seasons.⁣⁣ Even professional athletes have an off season where they prioritize different things for their health to improve in other areas.⁣⁣ Slower seasons of rest are not always “off track.” They can be purposeful and even helpful if that’s what your body needs.⁣⁣If you feel like you’ve been in your off season for a little longer than you’d like, pick a day for your season opener and get your new season started🙃⁣⁣That simple switch in language can frame your seasons in a new way to help you be more consistent over time because this is lifestyle for you.⁣
💛Gone are the days with getting down on yourself for being off track. Your new season is about to begin and I have a feeling… ⁣
This is going to be a great one.⁣☀️☀️
