✨Having an off day?⁣⁣⁣⁣A lot of times, people yo-yo in their nutrition and workouts because they don’t know what it feels like to have an off day and then bounce back.⁣⁣⁣⁣✔️Ate something you weren’t planning on eating? Oh well. Make your next meal a great one (P.S. Hope it was WORTH IT!).⁣⁣⁣⁣✔️Missed a workout (or two, three, or twenty)? All good. Get in some movement today, even if it’s just 5-min!⁣⁣⁣⁣Things happen. Motivation isn’t always going to be there. That’s normal.⁣⁣⁣⁣💛Practice consistency with your health and it will be easier to get back into the groove. The bounce back will feel much easier because it will feel familiar!⁣⁣
