When you tend to overthink, you increase symptoms of depression and you cloud your judgment. You elevate your stress levels and that is always detrimental to your health. Overthinking something often cause more problems than what they solve, and do you really want to go that way?
Making wrong decisions are better than making no decisions at all. At least, if you don’t succeed, you have learned the lesson, but by doing nothing, you gain nothing and you are no closer to your end goals.
So don’t overthink things, and don’t complicate your life unnecessarily. Make the decision and move forward. There is no such thing as failure only feedback.
