This is me politely asking (ok, begging) you:✔️Please don’t think you’ve failed because of one missed workout. It’s all about consistency over time. ✔️Please don’t beat yourself up for one not-so-nutritious meal. If possible, just make your next meal a little bit more nutritious. No big deal. ✔️Please don’t believe that you have to be perfect to be worthy or valuable.Perfection does not exist. You are great because of who you are…not because of what the scale says or what you eat.
