This is me politely asking (ok, begging) you:⁣⁣⁣⁣✔️Please don’t think you’ve failed because of one missed workout. ⁣⁣⁣⁣It’s all about consistency over time. ⁣⁣⁣⁣✔️Please don’t beat yourself up for one not-so-nutritious meal. ⁣⁣⁣⁣If possible, just make your next meal a little bit more nutritious. No big deal. ⁣⁣✔️Please don’t believe that you have to be perfect to be worthy or valuable.⁣⁣⁣⁣Perfection does not exist. You are great because of who you are…not because of what the scale says or what you eat.⁣⁣
