5 Ways to Be More Confident TODAY👊💕

1️⃣Don’t compare your journey/looks/progress to anyone else (Your prologue shouldn’t be compared to someone else’s chapter 12)
2️⃣Get in a workout (building physical strength + stamina = boost in self esteem and obviously overall health!)
3️⃣Choose nourishing foods today (when you’re fueled well, you’ll have more energy and be more productive)
4️⃣Remind yourself that you are already awesome (You’re not faking it. You’re not an imposter. You really are great…for reals😊)
5️⃣Push yourself outside of your comfort zone today to see that you really can do ANYTHING you put your mind to with hard work and consistency
✔️Go into today knowing that you are capable of anything. You deserve a seat at the table. Your hard work will make you 1% better today and that is enough. You’ve got this.👊
