“Agh, I’ve been so off track lately and I feel like I’ve tried everything to get back in shape. I’m going to start running again.”
So that’s what someone said to me the other day… even though this person HATES running 🏃♀️ many people think that in order to get in shape, they need to do things they hate. This includes doing certain workouts, cutting out favorite foods, eating certain foods they don’t enjoy, etc.
The GOOD NEWS is, you don’t need to do things you don’t enjoy 💃 you can do workouts you actually like and get results. You don’t need to cut out your favorite foods or force yourself to eat broccoli (if you don’t like broccoli) 🥦
