People often ask me how they going to get rid of their tummys and how to get rid of love handles, or a lower belly pooch.⁣⁣Nutrition plays a key role in making abs visible, so that’s usually my first piece of advice.⁣⁣Doing direct ab exercises will help build a strong core so you’ll have strong abs + nutrition will help you see them😊⁣⁣However, right now, nutrition might feel challenging in quarantine – don’t stress. Keep it simple, flexible, and remember now more than ever – give yourself some grace💛⁣⁣Focus on building right now. Focus on building strength, confidence, self love, and all of the positive things that you can add to your life.⁣⁣This isn’t the time to try and be perfect. ⁣⁣This is the time to focus on allowing yourself to simply become a better version of you. ⁣⁣A little bit (of movement, nutritious food, self love, encouragement) goes a long way and you deserve to feel strong and confident. Do this for YOU.👊⁣
