✨Do you want to see super fast physical results? If so, I totally hear that, but it’s also important to remember that good things that last take time because you have to build a firm foundation. There are lots of ways to make progress. When we think about progress, it’s really beneficial to think about your whole self, which includes fitness and nutrition, but also other aspects of life too.💛Here are a few wins that some of my clients have expressed in the last couple of weeks. These are a few examples for how they have celebrated progress in MANY ways:✔️Doing their daily gratitude list ✔️Decided to go back to study. ✔️Feeling more confident in my body. I can feel myself walking taller and not picking clothes to intentionally hide my body💕✔️I am stronger in my workouts and increased my weights✔️Improved consistency with nutrition (*not perfect* but better!)✔️I really pushed myself this week and drank more water ✔️Proud that I’m learning to let go of certain negative thoughts . These are a few of many ways you can not only evaluate progress, but feel proud of yourself for making choices for your physical and mental health.✨What are you currently proud of yourself for? Let’s hear it!You can want to make some changes, but still appreciate and respect your body in all phases. You are so much more than just a body, but your body is still enough in each and every phase.💛
