✨Do you want to see super fast physical results?⁣⁣If so, I totally hear that, but it’s also important to remember that good things that last take time because you have to build a firm foundation.⁣⁣There are lots of ways to make progress.⁣⁣When we think about progress, it’s really beneficial to think about your whole self, which includes fitness and nutrition, but also other aspects of life too.⁣⁣💛Here are a few wins that some of my clients have expressed in the last couple of weeks. These are a few examples for how they have celebrated progress in MANY ways:⁣⁣✔️Doing their daily gratitude list ⁣✔️Decided to go back to study. ⁣✔️Feeling more confident in my body. I can feel myself walking taller and not picking clothes to intentionally hide my body💕⁣⁣✔️I am stronger in my workouts and increased my weights⁣⁣✔️Improved consistency with nutrition (*not perfect* but better!)⁣⁣✔️I really pushed myself this week⁣ and drank more water ⁣✔️Proud that I’m learning to let go of certain negative thoughts . ⁣These are a few of many ways you can not only evaluate progress, but feel proud of yourself for making choices for your physical and mental health.⁣⁣✨What are you currently proud of yourself for? Let’s hear it!⁣⁣You can want to make some changes, but still appreciate and respect your body in all phases. ⁣⁣You are so much more than just a body, but your body is still enough in each and every phase.💛⁣
