✔️Is today a workout or rest day for you?✔️If you’re working out… What are you going to do today? One of the most common things people ask for is accountability. Staying accountable is a great way to build habits to get fit and stay healthy.That said, I also want to hold you accountable for listening to your body when you need a rest day, prioritizing some extra sleep, saying, “no” to things to protect your boundaries, etc. Getting in movement is a part of being healthy, but it’s just a piece of it. So, get in your workouts AND zoom out to see the big picture of health. Habits are what’s important. Move often. Rest well. Have fun. Repeat.
