Try out this delicious recipe if you are in the mood for something sweet but Healthy 😋

Mind Over Body-
Oat Bran Crumpet Recipe:

1 1/2 Tablespoons of Oat bran
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Cottage Cheese
1 Egg
Xylitol
Salt

Method:

•   Place Oat bran in bowl
•   Add Cottage cheese , egg and sweeten with xylitol and add salt according to taste 
•   Mix all ingredients and pour into non stick pan
•   Cool for 2-3 minutes on each side.
