✨Haven’t worked out in a while? Here are 2 ways to get started again🙂👇1️⃣Start slow. It still COUNTS!Sometimes, people are “all in or all out” thinking that if you don’t get in a specific length of workout every day of the week it “doesn’t count,” so they don’t end up doing anything at all.If getting in an hour long or even a half hour of a workout feels daunting, set a timer for 10 minutes and just move. It could be a walk, stretching, some push ups and squats, or something like a @hiitburn workout! Bring some rain to that drought and just start moving. You can always kick it up a notch the next day to keep your streak going. 10 minutes of movement counts!2️⃣Set a realistic schedule Again, it’s easy to have an all or nothing mindset. If it’s not realistic to train 5x per week, start with 4 or 3 or 2. Just like earlier, it still counts! It will help you get back in the groove and rebuilding the habit.💛A bonus third tip… Give yourself a little grace as you get back into it.It’s ok if you used to be stronger. It’s ok if you were in better shape back then.Starting now is one step closer to being stronger and feeling like yourself again.Take off the pressure to be perfect and just move. You won’t regret it.🙃
